Less stress → Just lies? Tests show the truth!

To me, stress is just like any other problem. It's an everyday situation for many of us. Some of you are likely not in the same situation, and I hope I can help you, if only because it is so hard to live with stress. Here are a few things that I think are effective for stress: 1. Do not eat while stressed. 2. Do not drink or take drugs while stressed. 3. Avoid unnecessary activities that are stressful, such as doing repetitive chores or sitting in traffic for long periods. 4. Try to relax. 5. Try to eat in peace. 6. Avoid excessive stress. If you are struggling with chronic pain, try yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, or meditation, all of which are excellent stress-relieving exercises. If you have an issue with your stomach, try to avoid eating in the first place, and also try to eat a healthy meal. 7. Try to live in peace. Find a quiet place to stay for a few days, and do something peaceful, like taking a walk. 8. Take care of your body. Try to do as much as you can during the rest of the week. Exercise on the off days and get plenty of sleep. 9. Try to make it through your week.
