What does a Medical Doctor Do For More Agility? To be more agile you need to be able to think faster, react faster, react faster and act quicker than the competition. There are many different activities and sports where the movement is faster and more athletic, but none of these include running. So, how do medical doctors help with more agility? One thing is for sure: the more you are involved in activities like agility or the more you use your arms and legs to move, the faster you get. I used to think that because I worked out, my arms were a lot stronger and the same as everyone else. But I have discovered that my arms are just as strong, or stronger than anyone else in my body who has a normal arm length, and my legs are strong as any other runner. And I've never done a push-up. I can walk down a flight of stairs with one leg. I can do push-ups.
